Feeling hydrated with KEVIN.MURPHY

Kevin Murphy is a company out of Australia. They are cruelty free and do not test on animals or furry friends of any kind. When searching the world for their ingredients, KEVIN.MURPHY looked for companies that use micro cultivation, organic growing practices, or ecologically sound wild harvesting techniques to ensure the KEVIN.MURPHY range is of the very highest natural quality. Vitamins and amino acids repair the outer surface of the hair, thickening the hair and reducing the formation of split ends. Moisturisers from Mango butter and Murumuru butter smooth the cuticles and soften the hair. Extracts from Peruvian Bark, Baobab, Bamboo and Orange Blossom infuse the hair with weightless moisture. Antioxidants from Kakadu Plum, Orchid, Lotus Flower and Desert Lime reduce breakage and repair chemical damage naturally. What's more, All KEVIN.MURPHY hair products are sulphate free, paraben free and cruelty free, and not forgetting 100% recyclable.

So Today I wanted to tell you about my absolute favorite haircare line in the world! I am in love with my recently discovery on KEVIN.MURPHY-HYDRATE.ME range.

HYDRATE-ME.WASH is a Kakadu Plum infused moisture delivery shampoo that is free from Sulphate and Paraben. After wash, it has this very smoothing and moisturizing effect, which creates a silky feel, pH 6.3 to 7.0. Ingredients contains are:

• Kakadu Plum - native to the Australian Northern Territory, this fruit has the highest concentration on Vitamin C of any known plant
• Bergamot Essential Oil - a natural source of Vitamin C
• Hydrolysed Silk Extracts - smoothing the surface of the hair to lock in moisture
• Vitamin A - an antioxidant and cellular renewal ingredient that smoothes the appearance of the hair shaft and increases elasticity derived from palm oil
• Vitamin C - which stimulates production of Elastin and Collagen, maintaining hair’s lustre and elasticity. It also maintains colour whilst preventing the loss of hair and premature greying. Vitamin C is a natural detoxifier and aids in improving scalp circulation
• Jojoba Esters - adds moisture to the hair, makes hair more resilient to tangles, and avoids damage and split ends
• Shea Butter - delivery moisture to dry or damaged hair from the roots to the very tips. Protecting against weather damage, dryness and brittleness. Absorbs quickly and completely into hair and scalp without clogging the cuticle. It is particularly beneficial for heat-treated hair (straightened/curled)
• Evening Primrose Oil - which is high in Omega 6, hydrates and softens the hair. Contains Phospholipids that are hydrophilic, sucking moisture from the air around and draw it to the hair

Next is the HYDRATE-ME.RINSE. It is a Kakadu Plum infused moisture delivery conditioner which has the same effect with the HYDRATE-ME.WASH, just instead of pH 6.3 to 7.0 is reduce to pH 4.5 – 5.5. Similar to HYDRATE-ME.WASH, it contains Kakadu Plum, Jojoba Esters, Shea Butter and Evening Primrose Oil. In addition to the 4 mention, it also contains:

• Micro Algae - a stress manager for the hair to supply the cells with energy. It makes the hair become more radiant and adds luminosity
• Vitamin B7 - beneficial for hair growth and overall hair health. It strengthens both the hair follicles and the hair shaft
• Sunflower Oil - a natural sunscreen for the hair. It is also high in Omega 6. Sunflower Oil contains Tocopherals (oil soluble antioxidants) and Cinnmic Acid (natural UV protector).

It's super easy to use, in 2 steps and it will be done. All you need to do is firstly, apply HYDRATE-ME.WASH to wet hair then rinse it. Then, apply HYDRATE-ME.RINSE to freshly washed hair, leave for 1 to 2 mins then rinse. TADAAAA~ Easy right.

This is my current hair condition. Been ages since i last went to Artistry to get my hair done. The ends of my hair is dam frizzy and dry. Super excited to see how my hair will turn out after a few days of use.


The product has a very strong herbal smell which i pretty much gotten use to it after using for a week or so. I like how it shines, and also moisturize my hair at the same time. Flowing so naturally.
