#Travelwithme: Sydney

" Stop worrying about the potholes in the road,
 and enjoy the journey. "

Most people would say that traveling to Australia can be really costly. Lucky for us, i managed to book our plane tickets for just $150 each & what's better, our flight just got change to a SQ flight. #happygirl

Our Airbnb was located at Milsons Point hence it was super convenient for us to travel around. It only took us less than 30 minutes to be at Milsons Point from the airport. I think it’s quite a peaceful area to stay in so if you ever want to visit Sydney maybe can find your stay around Milsons Point.
To travel to the nearest Coles : Wynyard Station (1 stop away from Milsons Point)

While waiting for our apartment to be ready, we came by this Kirribilu Hotel Cafe and had some bites while waiting, the portion of the fish and chips were quite big, so we shared. If you are a small eater, you can just share it with someone else, you won’t be able to finish it and definitely it helps to save your cost by a little bit.

I can’t get enough of the experience walking the Sydney Habor Bridge. We legit walk from one end to the other and just random walking around. Wanted to visit The Rock “Flea Market” but cause it was alr close to 5pm, so most of the shop are preparing to close. Manage to find an open area just right opposite the Opera House and also visible view on the Sydney Harbor Bridge, killing two birds with one stone. #amazingexperience

If you are on a budget and don’t wish to overspent by taking their Blue Mountain Sightseeing bus, once exiting from the train station, cross the road you should see subway on your right and a bus stop right ahead. Hop on to 686, it will bring you to either Echo Point or the Scenic Point, (you will know where to stop cause it’s dam obvious). Due to limited time, we only had chance to go on one trail, so we chose the one that will lead us to the waterfall instead of the 3 sisters. Nevertheless, the hiking experience was just amazing, oh btw this is the first time i’m hiking and i really really love it.
To travel to Blue Mountain: Take a train to Central Station and change to their Railway to Katoomba Station.

The all time instagram worthy cafe, The Grounds of Alexandria Cafe. The “Ground” Beef Burger is a must try, it’s super nice and the portion is quite huge for 1, so if you feel like you will be hungry, just order a side fries that should work for 2.
To travel to The Grounds of Alexandria Cafe: Take a train to Green Square Station and just walk about 20 minutes you will see it.
